Trent Wisecup is a partner at FP1 Strategies. An award-winning ad writer and producer, Trent serves as FP1’s Creative Director. A Michigan native with extensive experience in the Industrial Midwest, Trent has expertise in communicating with Independent voters in blue and purple states and has helped elect Governors Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mitt Romney, Joe Lombardo, Scott Walker and Doug Ducey. Trent is also well-versed in winning bare-knuckled primary races in the reddest states. His advertising has helped elect U.S. Senators Katie Britt, Bill Hagerty, Tim Scott, Steve Daines and Eric Schmitt. In 2024, Trent spearheaded the body of advertising work that resulted in FP1 winning the Reed Award for Creative Agency of Year. His advertising for Senator Tim Sheehy won the Gold Pollie Awards for Best in Show and Best Television Campaign. Trent is a graduate of Michigan State University.
