Our 10-spot message progression helped Bailey secure a commanding 26-point victory over Will Scharf, the Trump lawyer who was endorsed by the Club for Growth and the Federalist Society. Scharf and his political allies outspent Bailey by a 2-to-1 margin during the primary.
