A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Mattie Beckis knows how to take the heat. She’s unflappable under pressure. In this installment of “Meet Our Production Pros,” we’re highlighting Mattie’s career advancement and the significant contributions she makes to our production team and creative process. Mattie came to FP1 fresh out of college and has had her hands in everything from day one. At first, she was assigned to help in the management of our business operations and office events. We’re really grateful she made the move to our production team.
Mattie has been promoted three times since joining FP1, most recently to the position of Director, where she is now taking on a more important leadership role in the firm. Mattie plays an integral role in managing the logistics of our shoot process, developing production budgets and ensuring that our new business efforts are running smoothly. Mattie has a great eye for good creative and is a source of smart ideas for our ad writers and production team. Above all, she brings a positive attitude and can-do spirit to her work, providing inspiration to our entire team. Mattie’s witty sense of humor also makes our office more fun, which helps take the edge off during stressful times like the October of an election year.
“It’s great seeing Mattie learn and grow at our firm,” said FP1 Partner Trent Wisecup. “Her career path is yet another example of the upward mobility that exists at FP1. We take pride in cultivating talent and providing opportunities for hardworking and smart people to rise. Mattie continues to make the most of what FP1 has to offer.”
“I love working with Mattie,” said Managing Director Michelle Neuman. “She’s driven and efficient and keeps her eye on the big picture. She’s a problem-solver and very instrumental to our team. I look forward to working with Mattie as this cycle develops. I know she will have more great ideas that make us a stronger business and contribute to the success of our candidates.”
