Turning Out Young Men for Trump

By FP1 Strategies

Last year, Elon Musk’s super PAC turned to FP1 with a challenge: Mobilize low-propensity male voters under the age of 45 in Wisconsin, North Carolina and Arizona to turn out for President Trump.

We designed an eight-spot digital message progression that appealed directly to these conservative-leaning voters. The hard-hitting :15 ads were served programmatically and on social media platforms and connected TV. Our messaging drove home the negative consequences of a Kamala Harris presidency and positioned Donald Trump as the conservative fighter who had the strength and courage to defeat the radical left. Our ad campaign consistently harkened back to President Trump’s epic fist pump after the attempt on his life in Butler, PA.

Our digital campaign in three crucial presidential battlegrounds blew out all our performance goals. We succeeded in increasing turnout among tough-to-mobilize, low-propensity male voters. Most importantly, we got a critical mass of these younger men to vote early, empowering the Trump campaign to run its GOTV operation more efficiently and to overcome the Harris campaign’s significant money edge.

On May 21, the Association for American Political Consultants (AAPC) honored FP1 with a Gold Pollie for Best Digital Campaign for our America PAC ads.
