By FP1 Labs

FP1 is serving as the media consultant to a South Carolina super PAC supporting the gubernatorial campaign of Attorney General Alan Wilson. On the heels of Congresswoman Nancy Mace’s entry into the race, SC Conservative Action wanted to launch a sticky digital video to raise questions about Mace’s conservative bona fides.

FP1 Partner Mike Young had the great idea of doing a game show concept called “Name that Nancy” where contestants would guess whether Nancy Mace or Nancy Pelosi did something outrageously liberal. Our creative team priced out a shoot to execute the concept. One problem: the price tag exceeded $100K to build a game show set, hire several actors and do the spot the right way.

Undeterred, our creative team deployed generative AI to find a solution. We used Gemini, Flow, and ElevenLabs to create a humorous and memorable :30 digital ad that is currently running in South Carolina, and we did it all in a day.

“Name that Nancy” is our first client-approved political ad created entirely with generative AI. It’s also our first AI ad being delivered with paid media.

At FP1, we pride ourselves on being tech innovators. Our team deploys the industry’s most sophisticated buying strategies. Data is infused into everything we do, and now AI is becoming an integral part of our culture. Our content creators are all-in on mastering the most powerful AI tools in the marketplace to get the results our clients deserve.
