Nick Gay is a managing director at FP1 Strategies. An award-winning creative leader and producer, Nick helps oversee FP1’s national video production team and manages the firm’s in-house post-production capabilities. Known for pairing cinematic storytelling with sharp strategic messaging, Nick has produced and edited nationally recognized campaigns for Americans for Prosperity and the American Action Network.
At FP1, Nick plays a central role in expanding the firm’s production capacity, directing shoots, writing scripts, and mentoring FP1’s team of editors. His work has earned multiple Reed and Pollie Awards, including Best Public Affairs Digital Ad. Nick earned his degree from The Art Institute of Washington and lives in West Springfield, Virginia, with his wife and two daughters.
