FP1 Managing Director Dylan Lefler has been named “40 Under 40” by the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC).
“Dylan Lefler is one the best young operatives in Republican politics,” said FP1 Partner Annie Kelly Kuhle.

In 2024, Lefler was a communications and ground game advisor to President Trump’s successful campaign in Wisconsin. He also provided general consulting services to Congressman Zach Nunn’s and Congressman Eli Crane’s winning congressional campaigns. In 2022, Lefler served as the campaign manager to U.S. Senator Ron Johnson’s victorious campaign in one of the marquee Senate races of the cycle. In 2021, he helped manage the convention operations for Governor Glenn Youngkin’s winning campaign in Virginia. A native of Scottsdale, Arizona, Dylan is a graduate of Northern Arizona University. He currently resides in in Wisconsin with his family.
