FP1 is proud to serve as general consultant and media consultant to Alex Mealer in her Houston-area congressional race. Following Texas’ redistricting, what was once a safely Democratic district shifted to a Republican-leaning seat – immediately making it one of the most-watched races in the state.
Drawing on her background as a West Point graduate and Explosive Ordnance Disposal officer who defused bombs in Afghanistan, as well as her experience raising two young children with her husband, Mealer centered her campaign on strength, service, and protecting Texas families. In a crowded GOP primary field with eight other candidates on the ballot, Mealer fought her way to the top.
Alex Mealer secured the top spot in the runoff after earning the most votes of any candidate. With the race now narrowed, the campaign enters the next phase with strong momentum and a clear contrast ahead.
With Alex advancing to the runoff, the race now becomes a head-to-head battle between Alex Mealer and Briscoe Cain. We look forward to highlighting the clear contrast between the candidates and showcasing to voters exactly why President Trump entrusted Mealer with his “complete and total endorsement.”
