In recognition of National Alaska Day, we are looking back at some of the memorable ads we’ve produced for campaigns in the Last Frontier. FP1 has served as the media consultant to Senators Lisa Murkowski and Dan Sullivan, helping the GOP win the last four U.S. Senate races in Alaska.
In 2014, we helped Dan Sullivan defeat Democratic incumbent Senator Mark Begich in one of the marquee Senate races of the cycle. Our “Wayne Woods” ad won the Reed Award for Overall Best Television Ad and our entire ad campaign for Sullivan won the prestigious Gold Pollie for Best in Show. In 2020, we helped Senator Sullivan win a decisive double-digit victory over a Democratic candidate who outspent him significantly.
In 2016 and 2022, we produced the ads for Lisa Murkowski’s two winning Senate campaigns, helping her overcome serious political opposition and navigating Alaska’s new ranked choice voting system where appealing to Independent and non-affiliated voters is paramount. Our “Bree’s Law” ad in 2022 for Senator Murkowski was named a Finalist for the Reed Award for Best U.S. Senate Television Ad.
