We’re proud to announce that Mike Young has been promoted to partner at FP1 Strategies.
Mike is an experienced operative who excels in providing general consulting and media services to our political clients. In 2024, he headed up the field operations for the Trump campaign in the vital battleground state of North Carolina. Mike also led a $5 million independent expenditure campaign in Missouri to help reelect Attorney General Andrew Bailey and provided general consulting services to Congressman Dave Taylor’s successful campaign in OH-02.
In 2023, Mike served as the general consultant and directed the media campaigns for six winning legislative campaigns in Virginia, including five races in districts that Joe Biden had carried. Earlier in his career, Mike served as the political director at the Republican Attorneys General Association and a regional political director at the Republican Governors Association.
